rand* was contracted to construct two floors of premium shared office space for Firmspace, a Texas-based company specializing in luxury co-working environments tailored for established professionals. The project features high-end finishes throughout, including a sophisticated common area lounge, a fully equipped bar, and multiple conference rooms. rand* provided and installed extensive millwork and finish packages for these communal spaces, coordinating closely with various trades such as MEP infrastructure, glazing, and drywall to ensure seamless execution.

The workspace comprises nearly 150 private offices, each furnished with state-of-the-art furniture, daylight-responsive automated blinds with tenant override capabilities, and demountable walls to allow for flexible configurations. To enhance privacy and reduce noise distractions, sound masking technology has been implemented throughout the entire space, including offices, conference rooms, and breakout areas.

Additional amenities include a copy center, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate coffee bar, all designed to support the productivity and comfort of professionals. rand* collaborated directly with Firmspace ownership and the local Cushman-Wakefield construction management team to deliver a workspace that embodies both functionality and luxury.
