Interior Environments Showroom

The Interior Environments showroom was a 15,000 square foot, two floor renovation of a converted fire house in the historical district of Lower Downtown Denver. The building achieved the first LEED Platinum designation in Denver, which has been maintained over the course of construction through a vigilant material selection process, a MEP efficient design, and the use of specific construction processes.

Working closely with a client that is also an industry partner allowed for a superior level of communication within the project team and helped seamlessly overcome several challenges faced during construction. The project was delivered on time in the face of an aggressive sixteen-week schedule. The new environment is comprised of a high-end reception area, private offices, modern breakroom, open offices, and collaboration spaces. The resulting space features high-end finishes and decorative light fixtures, while also showcasing the intrinsic elegance of the historical building, creating a space that accentuates the client’s product line.
