The project scope encompassed the construction of a new dining hall, lounge areas, connecting corridors, and multiple conference rooms, all requiring a high level of coordination and precision.

The project demanded expert material management and the integration of complex architectural elements. rand* led the construction of custom wood feature walls, carefully sequencing installation to ensure a flawless, high-end finish. Specialty recessed lighting systems were precisely placed to enhance the design without compromising ceiling integrity or access to building systems. In addition, the existing elevator lobbies were upgraded with premium finishes, requiring detailed phasing and coordination to minimize disruption to the building’s daily operations.
