The Legal Services Corporation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to legal services for lowincome and disadvantaged families, selected rand* to build out their new headquarters.

The project involved a full-floor, 38,000 square foot space, designed with multiple suites for various entities. The headquarters was outfitted with high-end finishes throughout, including a custom millwork package, a green wall, and demountable office fronts.

Additionally, three ModernFold operable partitions were installed to allow flexible use of the space, while custom backlit stretched fabric and 9Wood ceilings added to the modern, upscale design.

The project also featured a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with 72% diverse subcontractor participation. Despite the complexity and scale of the project, rand* successfully delivered the space from shell to substantial completion in just 26 weeks. This rapid timeline was achieved through meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and an unwavering focus on quality. The team worked closely with stakeholders to ensure all project goals were met, while fostering a collaborative environment that prioritized innovation and efficiency.
