During Preconstruction, Chris manages the production of detailed budgets, unit cost analysis and construction of the cost control system to be utilized during construction.

Chris works closely with the design and construction teams to conduct detailed site surveys, produce technical reports and recommendations, and conduct a competitive bid for subcontractors and subconsultants.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University and brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry to his projects.
