rand*, Cresa, the DLR Group, and Marcus & Millichap partnered together to deliver a brand-new office in the Class A Optiv building in downtown Denver. The first generation space gave the design team the ability to combine new design features of the space with standard Marcus & Millichap elements.

The space boasts Wilson partitions, high ceilings, a polished concrete walkway, and millwork feature walls throughout the space. Their conference rooms, separated by an operable partition, showcase views of the mountain range.

As a first-space, the Marcus & Millichap turnover was contingent on the city’s vigorous inspection and closeout process. Rand* worked intimately with all subcontractors and inspectors to ensure that the M&M team would be able to move into their space on time
