rand* construction stepped in as the general contractor on the Paul Stuart project at CityCenter after a previous contractor was removed from the job. Although the work was over half completed by the time rand* mobilized on site, the build team was challenged by the coordination and communication with multiple subcontractors and vendors on site who were jaded by their experience on the project with the previous contractor.

The rand* team went above and beyond with strong field supervision and the timely completion of a large punchlist to complete the high-end two-story retail store. The scope of work included a custom high-end millwork scope; a glass-railed, wood-floored monumental stair; an intricate drywall scope including ceiling coves; a custom lighting package; and storefront window displays.

The most critical challenge was having to meet the grand opening date leaving only six weeks to complete the rest of the project. rand* committed to being flexible and accommodating without compromise to the client’s expectations and completed a beautiful, elegant project within the original schedule despite several complications along the way.
