Located in downtown Denver, the Perkins & Will office remodel is a testament to sustainability, creativity, and teamwork. The buildout incorporated high end finishes using LEED compliant materials to highlight the historic building infrastructure. The space was designed by and for the Perkins & Will team to create a space that meets the needs of every employee.

Various unique design elements were incorporated to transform the space into a high end, worker friendly space. Elements of note include the laser cut acoustical panel wall creating a map of Denver, custom water jet cut tiles, and an operable wall allowing the team to convert their large conference room into two separate conference rooms as needed.

This project could not have been a success without the collaboration and team mentality between the rand* and Perkins & Will team. This included weekly, on-site OAC meetings and various coordination meetings with subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the job were being completed in line with the schedule. The finished space perfectly reflects all of the coordination and hard work from both teams. Additionally, the Perkins & Will team was able to identify two additional LEED points as well as securing LEED Gold Certification.
