rand* construction teamed up Gensler, and CBRE to renovate Simply Good Foods space at 17th Street Plaza in downtown Denver. The project was approximately 5,100 sqft and had a quick 12 week schedule for a complete demo and rebuild of their current space. rand* worked closely with CBRE to reroute existing building infrastructure out of the new open ceiling areas to limit any impact to the adjacent tenants ensure Simply Good Foods had nice and clean open ceiling in their new space. The team met very early on to review and release all the long lead items including the Millwork Package and the Light Fixture package which required sign off on hold to dimensions to ensure schedule milestones were met.

When you walk into the space you’re greeted by a clean open ceiling, a new pantry with a water fall island, precast terrazzo flooring, new banquette with custom light fixture pendant and two conference rooms. As you walk thru the space, you’ll notice new custom shelving with a red lacquer finish, and custom vinyl artwork to showcase products. The rest of the space features open office areas with systems furniture, linear light fixtures, private offices, copy print rooms, and additional conference room.
