UBS Financial Services relocated their Tampa office into the heart of the downtown with the goal of modernizing their office design to promote a more collaborative work environment. The sleek design of the project consisted of a complete demolition and high-end buildout including drywall, paint & wallcovering, a mix of ACT and hard ceilings, millwork, carpet & LVT, slab wall panels, new MEP systems, glass office fronts. Additionally, the project included the buildout of three executive conference rooms, a coffee bar, a secure room, IDF, and a break area.

The project required extensive coordination with the client’s vendors for data, access control, furniture and moving company. In order for the out-of-town client to see the project come to fruition, the team utilized Matterport cameras for its inspections. This gave the Stakeholders the opportunity to make design changes without ever stepping on the site.
