rand* construction was entrusted with the first-generation fit-out of five spec suites across two floors of a brand new office building in the trendy Burnet Road neighborhood of Austin, Texas. Together with Pennybacker, the project owner, rand* was committed to offering flexible and dynamic office environments that would attract a variety of organizations.

Having completed multiple projects within the same Class-A building, rand* had a unique understanding of the project scope that included individualized layouts, architectural elements, custom finish details, and high-touch common areas such as restrooms and a fitness center.

The completed suites are cohesive, tailored, and inviting, showcasing rand*’s expertise in ensuring a detailed final product and making the building an ideal destination for a diverse range of potential tenants.
