rand* construction is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Stokes, Bryan Stolz and Brad Carbo as Partners and members of the Board of Directors. These milestone appointments underscore rand*’s commitment to its legacy planning and paving the way for sustainable growth.

Todd Stokes has joined rand* construction as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, and professional services, Todd’s career spans finance, business advisory, operational and executive leadership. In his new role, Todd will oversee the leadership of Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing, working closely with the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment across rand*’s vision, operational strategies, and financial objectives.

Bryan Stolz leads rand*’s Atlanta office and has led teams across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions during his 10 years with the company. Under Bryan’s leadership, rand* has grown to become a prominent commercial interiors general contractor in the Atlanta market. In his new role of Vice President, Bryan will continue to lead rand*’s Atlanta office and focus on expansion in the market.

Brad Carbo leads rand*’s Dallas office. With 20 years of construction experience, Brad has a track record of operational excellence and client service, and his leadership has positioned rand* for continued growth in the North Texas region. In his new role of Vice President, Brad will continue to lead rand*’s Dallas office and focus on business expansion.
