The Choice Hotels International’s headquarters in Rockville, Maryland was a large-scale interior build-out project spanning six floors in a newly built 11-story Class A building. This headquarters project scope of work included a wide array of multi-functional spaces including: open and closed office space, a reception area, conference centers, training rooms, multi-purpose rooms, an outdoor patio area, LAN rooms, pantries and café seating, showers and bathrooms, and high occupancy spaces.

The team also constructed three model Choice hotel rooms within the space in order to showcase the varying levels of accommodations to clients. Spanning six floors (Floors 4-9) and 100,000 square feet, the work was phased by floor and trade in order to meet the completion deadline.

The end product of Choice Hotels International headquarters showcases the cross between high-quality and high-value in terms of design and construction, aligning with the Client’s extensive international product line. This project was awarded a 2024 ABC Award.
