Confidential Hospitality Client Headquarters

The new relocation of this client’s headquarters is a complete interior buildout on all floors in a first-generation space. Due to the scale of the project and requirement to deliver the tenant interior scope during construction of the base building, extensive coordination was needed during precon and construction with the base building general contractor. The approach to the project required delivery in tranches as floors were being turned over from the base building GC requiring constant communication to ensure commissioning dates were accurate and integrated properly into our project schedule.

The scope of work spans 21 stories, a mezzanine, and penthouse above grade with additional work being performed on the 5 levels of subterranean parking levels. The program is subdivided into three primary spaces: Podium, Practice Floors, and Executive. The Podium space spans levels 1-4 including a mezzanine with specialty/amenity areas with a full commercial kitchen and cafeteria on the second floor and a daycare facility on level 3. The Practice Floors span levels 5-14 and 16-19 with the bulk of the space dedicated to offices and conferencing. The Executive levels on floors 15, 20, 21, and the penthouse are high-end assembly spaces with dedicated interconnecting stairs and extensive audio/visual integration.
