This project is a 20,000 Square Foot tenant improvement space in Lakewood, CO. The interior buildout was a cooperative effort with one of rand’s strongest industry partners, Sundance Project Management, with an edgy design by Kestrel Design Group. The design is comprised of vibrant aesthetic elements including living moss walls, light fixtures and finishes laden with branded colors, and eloquent millwork features throughout.

The successful execution of any construction project is predicated on having a strong project team. Golder Associates was a prime example of how exceptional communication and coordination along with a vast network of trusted subcontractors keeps a project moving smoothly, seamlessly overcoming any unanticipated obstacles. Ultimately, the project was delivered to the client on budget and on time, despite an aggressive schedule and permit related delays.

Upon completion of the new Denver office, rand* was asked to take on a subsequent buildout at the Client’s engineering lab to revamp the aesthetic and incorporate fresh new branding elements to compliment the new office. rand looks forward to continuing its relationship with the Client and to helping fulfill any and all of their future construction needs.
