Sol Agave

Sol Agave, renowned for its upscale Mexican cuisine, entrusted rand* with their latest venture, drawing on the team’s extensive expertise in restaurant construction. With a keen eye for potential bottlenecks, rand* proved their ability to navigate challenges efficiently, earning the client’s confidence.

Sol Agave chose this first generation space because of the great location and some unique details, such as garage doors and a large patio, that would blend well with the design. Those unique details created some challenges but the team worked together to overcome any potential delays.

The overhead garage doors were integrated to create an impressive indoor/outdoor bar. Some of the other unique features include intricate light clusters, decorative cement blocks, plaster wall finishes, illuminated back bar shelving, and an open archway to provide a view into the kitchen from the dining area.

The project scope also included a connected patio that was closed in with glass and wooden louvers above. This design allowed for a much higher seating capacity and the opportunity to be used as a private dining area.

Sol Agave’s vision came to life through meticulous craftsmanship and collaborative problem-solving, culminating in a dining destination that seamlessly marries aesthetic charm with functional excellence.
