Wilkinson Barker Knauer (WBK) is a 8,015 Square Foot tenant improvement project in Denver, CO. The interior buildout was a cooperative effort with one of rand*’s strongest industry partners, Sundance Project Management, with an edgy design by Ware Malcomb Design Group. The design is comprised of vibrant aesthetic elements including graphic walls, custom light fixtures and personalized features in every office.

The successful execution of any construction project is predicated on having a strong project team. WBK was a prime example of how exceptional communication and coordination along with a vast network of trusted subcontractors keeps a project moving smoothly, seamlessly overcoming any unanticipated obstacles. Ultimately, the project was delivered to the client on budget and on time, despite an aggressive schedule, permit delays, and a very difficult building that was still undergoing construction simultaneously. Working along side the base building contractor posed many implications for the team but at the end of the day all hurdles were overcome and a beautiful workspace was delivered.
